Expected timelines from Open to Sent:
ALL FUELS - ALL STATES = 1 business day

Sent

Service order sent to Distributor.

Expected timelines from Sent to Connected:
ELEC - VIC = 10 business days
ELEC - NSW = 2 business days
ELEC - SA = Subject to REC agreement with Distributor
ELEC - QLD = 5 business days

GAS - VIC = 32 business days
GAS - NSW = 40 business days
GAS - SA = 2 business days
GAS - QLD = 22 business days

Connected

Service order accepted by Distributor and/or works carried out

Handover/Closure

Handover process of account to end Customer or account closure.

Closed

Request has been closed.
